Cadillac
Trilith
Exterior

Semester 8 @ ACCD

Graduation Thesis
Exterior

Created to reflect the current state of how hyper luxury items are percieved, and the ego of the individuals that obtain such heights of luxury. It explores a buyer that almost gives into obscenity of oppressive, hyper luxury.

The foundation is inspired by a Trilithe, a monolithic shape comprised of three components. The exterior surface is inspired by Chicago’s “The Pill” and how light is reflected off of an increasingly tapering surface. The shrinking affect is designed to be oppressive in nature, diminishing the viewer as the vehicle passes by.
