The objective from Rivian was to create an advanced vehicle that fit under the Rivian ethos. My concept explored the viewing experience of the pasengers while out in nature, wanting to eliminate all visual obstruction and solving issues that would lead to having the occupants exposed to the elements. The interior design resulted in having a central main structural colomn for the roof structure. The interior design also explores the intersection of natural and man made materials to give additional structure to the interior.
